Perfect location, close to transport and the attractions of Valletta. But still quiet. It was spacious. The kitchen was well-equipped. It had heating and air-conditioning. The Wi-Fi was good.
It was dark, both on entering the building, and in the apartment itself. The lighting was quite poor. The furniture, bedding and fittings were a little shabby and mismatched for the price. There seemed to be lots of items left behind by other guests (toiletries etc) or that didn’t really belong there (like empty plant pots). The water pressure in the shower was quite low and the bed was too hard for us.

The apartment is in a fantastic location – right in the city center, yet on a quiet street, which makes it perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. It’s very close to the Upper Barrakka Gardens, and the balcony even offers a nice view towards the area.
The apartment is on an upper floor, nicely furnished, comfortable, and very clean. It’s well equipped – even with a washing machine and ironing facilities, which is very convenient, especially for longer stays.
There are many shops, bars, and restaurants nearby, all within walking distance. The apartment is ideal for both short and longer stays.
Leonard was extremely helpful and always happy to give advice or assist with anything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay – thank you very much! 😊

Sehr netter Vermieter, er war bei unserer Ankunft und Abreise vor Ort. Grosse, saubere und ruhige Unterkunft.
Die Unterkunft ist super gelegen, man ist in wenigen Minuten am Busbahnhof oder in der Haupteinkaufstrasse mit Geschäften und Restaurants.
Bei unserer Ankunft (Mittag) waren sie noch am Putzen. Wir wussten, dass wir dann noch nicht in die Wohnung können, konnten aber unser Gepäck in die Wohnung stellen und so schon mal die Gegend erkunden.

Location was excellent except for Friday night music from the nearby restaurant and party noise after that.
There were no instructions on how to use some facilities, eg garbage disposal, stove and kitchen under cupboard lighting. However Leonard did respond promptly to our queries. The pillows on the beds were in unacceptable condition and there were no spare cases for the extra pillows. The lower bunk was not properly made up. The website was misleading in that it states the property has a flat screen television with cable channels but this was not the case. We were told we needed to use our own Netflix login. After discussion Leonard set it up with his login. The website also mentioned a washing machine , with no mention of costs, however we were informed that we were supposed to pay. Again after discussion Leonard agreed to waive the fee.
Having rented many apartments in all parts of Europe we have never encountered TV and washing arrangements like this before. Perhaps the website should be changed to make these arrangements perfectly clear.
