Valletta Central Historical Apartments

Traditional apartment in a great central location. Would recommend to visitors wanting to explore the island using public transport.

The balcony was very small

Location, good air conditioning, spacious, comfortable, well equipped

The under Sheet kept coming off on the bed.. water was dlow to draini from the bathroom sink

Location was fantastic to explore Valletta & access ferry to Gozo & Birgu. We had the top apartment with the terrace which was great to sit out on & get the overview of the city. Apartment had all the facilities we needed.

As we were on the top floor we had to use the lift to transport our bags & it is very difficult to manoeuvre them out of the lift due to tight lift door opening. Also, the 2nd bedroom is in fact a sofa bed on a mezzanine level with no other facilities so if using it you would need to leave the main apartment door open to allow access to bathroom etc. The top 2 steps down from the terrace/mezzanine level onto the stairs are very deceptive visually & we stumbled several times before we got to know we had to concentrate hard.

Location was wonderful and quiet. The apartment was well equipped. You only get one towel per person so be prepared to do laundry daily.

The apartment had a separate bed in a hallway that was not disclosed in the booking listing and the AC in the living room wasn’t working. It was a nightmare as the temps outside were above 90F.
