Location close to metro (less than a minute ) supermarkets (less than a minute), shopping centre, sports academy and airport. Good size with small terrace, comfortable beds. Excellent communication. Fully equipped including washing machine. I would stay again.
Microwave did not work well (cut out). I did not report this so did not give the owner chance to address.

Kitchet well equipped. Underground private parking space, but was constantly occupied by another car so we parked next to it. Well positioned but you definitely need a car to explore surroundings. Clean.
It doesn’t look like in the pictures, because the owner added pics for multiple apartments he owns in the building. The cleaning lady mentioned they gave us this one because in the other one they accomodated a bigger group. You could hear everything, absolutely everything. Like the walls are made of paper. If someone sleeps, they can hear even the TV on low volume. There was a lot of rust in the bathroom. One of the bedrooms seems like an impro made on a terrace, weird.

We were visiting to watch our son play football and the location was ideal. The airport was only a short journey away and there were plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants nearby.

For 120€ a night, the value is mediocre. If getting a hotel in Barcelona was easier, I'd not go with this option. One hour to get to the center of Barcelona by train, not much to do in Cornella (also restaurant-wise), no access to beaches.
The apartment is basic (2-star equiv.), mattresses are sinking, some stains on bed linen. All windows in my particular flat were pointing in between buildings where it smells like laundry.
