We liked the location of the flat and the contents very good .

The bathroom was very small.

Best assets, location, all on ground floor. Easy walking distance to sea front, good choice of bars, shops, restaurants. Near to train station and bus stops. Spacious living area.

First impressions! No effort made to present clean and tidy externals for arrival, step to front door is too high! Living areas need a de-clutter, re-think, and a good clean. En-suite did not work for us, offering the tiniest basin and cubicle ever seen, avoid if you have size or mobility issues, access is a squeeze, and from the bedroom only, limits occupancy to 2 adults plus 1 infant in our opinion. Could be rated 3 star with some effort, but not 4*.
