Shotgun Craftman House with Private Patio

The property was very comfortable, the beds were comfortable, the place was clean. There wasn’t much lacking at all.

The property needs a deep cleaning! The host has obviously issues with his cleaning crew. All supplies were missing, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, sponge, dish soap….The bathroom mat was questionable, same for the dish towels. Few sets of glasses with only 3 pieces….and we were 4. We had to deep clean the outdoor table to be able to enjoy it and we changed all the light bulbs as most of them were dead. The host was very reactive and came right away with everything missing but should probably check on the property more often. You don’t expect to clean or ask for things when you spend a weekend with friends.

It was good value and a good spot to stay with a group! It was nice to have space and the owner was kind and helpful. Really great to have parking!!!

There were some issues with cleanliness — the floors were dirty, there were tiny bugs on one of the nightstands, and the bathtub drained very slowly. The biggest problem was the glass sliding shower door, which was not held in place at the bottom. One of us bumped it while getting into the shower, so it exploded into tiny pieces of glass. It was terrifying. The owner did come to help as fast as they could and cleaned up all the broken glass and made sure we have everything we need.
