The location was very close to Tianmen mountain and a lot of warring places, particularly a very good restaurant serving Tujia food, local delicacies. Convenience stores all around. Lots of space and good air conditioning. Handy with washing and drying clothes.
The beds were too firm for our liking but we understand this is normal for local Chinese people. For cultural awareness, one of the two toilets is a squat toilet.

The location is walking distance from Tianmen Mountain which is super convenient. Luna was extremely helpful in securing our tickets to various attractions in advance. She can speak very good English. The room was comfortable, the shower was hot. You can also do your laundry for free. There are lots of restaurants around and convenience stores nearby. It is very easy to get everything that you need in this place

The location is simply perfect: it is two minutes walk to the entrance of Tianmen Mountain. Luna was incredibly kind, super helpful, and always ready to assist with anything. She organized our park tickets for us, explained the best routes, gave us valuable info for Zhangjiajie city, and replied to every message on time when I needed help. If you are looking for a homestay for a family, best location for Tianmen Mountain with warm and human service

It is best for Tianmen Mountain, a few minutes walk to the cable car entrance. The hosts are very attentive. She can speak very good English. She is a gem and very knowledgeable about all the places and proposes tailor-made plans depending on weather and preferences with real-time updates. She helped everything for us: entrance tickets, transportation, pick-up etc. I really appreciate that.
