The location was great and brilliant communication sorting out our tickets and arranging a pick up from the station
We were in an out building not the main accommodation so felt a little less safe as doors open to public and no common area. Second sleeping area was very hot as the aircon in main space and not very powerful

Wonderful, family run hotel! The owner was kind and spoke English, and the location was fantastic—easily accessible for the bus and train stations, only 15 minutes from the airport, and a close walk to the Tianmen mountain cableway. Lots of food options near by! Great hotel also, comfortable bed and welcome AC.

Location was good, close to the train station and bus terminal and also close to the Tianmin cableway.
Only small towels provided when we arrived. The toilet was not very clean. Just a little toilet paper. Soap, an old and dusty small pack. Shower gel and shampoo were provided in dusty little bottles. The building did not look like in the pictures. The interior was very close to the pictures but just deteriorated overtime. It gave the impression that a lot of effort went into it at some point but now was a bit unattended.
