    This was the best and most kindful host I’ve had while travelling in China yet. He helped me a lot with the instructions to tourist attractions and provided a map with explanation. Also very clean and good room. Location is perfect. Warmly recommend this hotel!

    It’s perfect place to stay for visiting tianmen mountain and Zhang jiajie national park, and just about 10 RMB for taxi fee from hehua airport to the hotel (please remember is texi not grab or DiDi) , there is bus from bus stop which near the hotel to south exit of Zhang jiajie national park just need 12 RMB, the owner is very kind and can help to book the tickets with helpful travel tips. There is tip for buying raincoat from the hotel just 10RMB instead of 30RMB which sell in the park as always has surprises rains in the park🤪, thanks and we have a happy stay at Loft art INN hotel

    The guy at the front desk was very helpful with planning itineraries and giving other information. Very kind as well. The room was also very clean and had daily house keeping. If I were to return to this city I would definitely stay here again.

    Honestly such a great stay. The loft itself was really comfortable and had everything I needed, but what made it stand out was how helpful everyone was. They went out of their way to help me plan my days, showing me exactly where to go and how to do everything without it feeling overwhelming. I’m usually pretty independent when I travel, but having that kind of guidance just made everything easier and way more enjoyable. They helped organise my tours and even sorted my train ticket, which saved me a lot of stress. Everything just felt… easy. If you’re staying here, I’d genuinely say just trust their tour suggestions. I did, and everything ran so smoothly, almost completely seamless from start to finish. Super friendly, easy to talk to, and just genuinely kind people. It made a big difference staying somewhere like this. I’d definitely stay here again.
