The location was perfect for researching the countryside and lovely villages. The little garden where breakfast is served is charming.The rooms were nicely appointed. Enrico and his mum are extremely helpful and friendly. Quality of breakfast items was great, the coffee superb.
We stayed for three nights and rooms were not cleaned in that period. We had to ask for fresh towels which are of really poor quality and become wet through and through after one shower. There are no shelves or hooks to hang your clothes, just a a very small wardrobe with a few hangers. There is no shelf in the shower, very unpractical. These are little things which could be fixed easily and I hope they will be. Breakfast was good but we would have preferred self- service. I think that is easier not only for guests but also for staff.

Owner was nice breakfast was nice. Great location. Very clean. Great views.
Had to pay cash on the day we checked out. Would have been nice to n ow that the night before so we would have the cash on hand. Hot water in shower ran out before I could take a very quick shower.

A little more variety for breakfast. Some muesli and yoghurt and fruit would have been a great addition.

The communication was great. Right on the ViaFrancigena. Breakfast was exceptional. Amazing to stay in a complex over 1,00O years old that has such a quaint vibe. Bed was super comfy. The view out our window was stunning. Great value and great people. 🥰
