The location was perfect! Very confortable accomodations. Cosy and clean!

It’s clean and adequate for a family of 4. Well equipped with towels. Great spacious bathroom with separate WC - convenient for families sharing. Great kick off location if you are heading to Disney Paris - direct train 5 minutes outside the apartment. Great walking location - we walked all the way to the Eiffel Tower with kids and it was great, despite the long walk.

The price was a bit high but it’s the market right now.

The location is great and convenient

We were not allowed to check-in at the right time. The housekeeper was still in there well beyond our 3pm check-in. The entrance looks grungy and lacks privacy as the glass elevator is right there, smokers on the other side of wall. There is no awning above entrance door so we were getting soaked from rain with nowhere to leave our dirty shoes outside. The outdoor mat was soaked so we hated stepping on it because it meant we had to drag that wetness into the apartment. The pull-out couch also was in rough shape, poor quality and didn’t fold back in properly. It was cringe to sit on that material. Also it was very muggy inside.
