Location
Property management or their AI agent was not very responsive to our questions once we checked in. Pillows substandard, black hairs on clean sheets and pillowcases. Shower drain plugged up quickly. No hooks in the bathroom, no place for soap or shampoo in the shower. No dish rack for drying dishes. Dish towel was useless. Confusing climate controls for the rooms.
