Besitzer sprechen sehr wenig Englisch, Frühstück ausreichend.

1. Very helpful and friendly proprietor. This was important when I needed advice on what to do with a parking ticket! 2. Fabulous cold-buffet breakfast which could be eaten inside or on an attractive patio area overlooking the street. 3. Excellent communications with proprietor prior to arrival. 4. Stunning view of the mountain from our room and also from the roof/pool area. 5. Good air conditioning in room. 6. The walk to the beach is for the most part along an attractive and interesting shopping area.

1. Ensuite bathroom was rather small for two people and looking a little "tired;" but everything worked OK and there was always hot water. 2. The proprietor recommended and booked a boat excursion with someone who turned out to be unreliable. 3. Booking.com incorrectly classifies this and other similarly located hotels as "Beach Front." This is incorrect. It is not beach front. In fact, the hotel is a little too far for comfort from the beach and it is not practical to drive there because of parking difficulties.
