Nestled along the pristine shores of the Gulf of Mexico, our condo offers breathtaking views and direct access to a wide private beach. With many amenities and a prime location, it's the perfect destination for your next vacation. This is a beautifully furnished condo located on the 4th level of a five-story, 20 unit building. Each private condo and all floors are easily accessible via an outside hallway, elevator, and two staircases. The condo is intimately located on the south-west corner of the building and offers a panoramic view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico with stunning 180-degree vistas. The condo can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children. The condo was refurbished in 2020.
The condo has a 1,200 sf open floor plan that includes a spacious living room and dining area, kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The oversized master bedroom and on-suite bath has a comfortable king size bed, reclining loveseat, walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, large closet and dresser, and reclining chair. There are three smart TVs in the living room and each bedroom. The large fully-equipped kitchen has new appliances, including an oven/stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and full-size washer and dryer. The kitchen is furnished with cookware, utensils, knives, glassware, dishes, toaster, blender coffeemakers, coffee grinder, crockpot, pantry and a large zero-water filtration pitcher.
This condo also provides high-speed WiFi, Cable TV, Amazon firestick, linens, towels, pillows and blankets, paper products, cleaning and soap products for kitchen, clothes and bath. For the beach we provide high boy chairs, large umbrellas, beach cart, coolers, swim gear and toys for the kids. For your children, we provide in the small bedroom closet an assortment of games and books, and a Graco Pak N Play, Chicco bassinet and highchair.
The open parking deck provides easy access for two guest parking spaces. Disabled parking spaces are located at the buildings front entrance. Enjoy the beachfront sunning deck that surrounds a large heated pool, and includes two gas grills. Carts are located under the ground floor staircase to help you move your personal items.
In addition to beach walks, sunset views, perfect stargazing conditions, and sea turtle nests in season, the condo offers easy access to the Seaside Seabird Sanctuary, local restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, bike and boat rentals, marine aquariums and many highly-rated museums.

We have alot of experience using VRBO and condos particularly in Florida. This particular condo was clean and well stocked. Karen, the owner, made sure to check in on us-did we have everything? anything we needed? Ready to recommend local things to do and restaurants. We were very pleased with our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo on Redington Beach. The condo is exactly as pictured/described. The bed is comfortable with premium linens. The condo is very clean, the grounds ,grills & pool are immaculately kept. if you choose to cook in, everything you need is available- even a cupboard of spices. The beach is amazing & the beautiful gulf sunsets a treat every evening. Karen is a consummate condo owner. went above & beyond to help with our flights delayed. she genuinely cares that her guests enjoy their stay. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This condo is on a quiet section of the beach in a smaller building. The grounds are well maintained with a nice sized pool, some grass, and several tables which are convenient. There are two large bbqs which we did not use, but others did. I was impressed to see the grounds staff turn them on and clean and burn off the grills several times over the week. The condo itself, although older, is very well maintained, and Karen keeps it stocked with anything you could need. It comes equipped with lots of spices, condiments, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, tissues, shampoos, beach chairs, beach toys and on and on. My husband wanted some WD 40 for suitcase wheels and he was going to buy, and found it was there. I wanted a bit of rubbing alcohol for a stain, found it. Everything you could need was there.Karen was wonderful to deal with and checked in with us to ensure we had everything we needed. There was a storm coming and she reached out to let us know where the flashlights were in case the power went out, which it didn't. The sunset views were beautiful and we enjoyed our week. Wouldn't hesitate to rent this beautiful condo again. We are regular visitors to Florida, so I have many condos to compare this with.
