Breakfast wasn't included. Location was quite good - good view over the bay.
The hairdryer was a joke - really only suitable for a doll!! Please invest in a decent hairdryer for guests. Plus, only supplied with 2 bath towels (1 each) .... would be nice to have a couple of towels for each guest. Only 3 x clothes-hangers in the studio - guests require more hangers. We tried to purchase some, but neither supermarket sold them. so had to leave clothes in cases and.or hang over the backs of chairs.
