A lovely location with beautiful ocean views, clean with a well equipped kitchen and the bed was very comfortable.
The process of trying to arrange a checkin time, was a nightmare, each time we sent our preferred checkin time, which was after 3pm, a msg was sent back saying it was declined, so we tried a few other time slots, only to be declined. We decided to just give up and arrive after 3pm. Maybe this needs to be addressed for future visitors……….

Fantastic location directly opposite a little beach, perfect for walking and fishing. Soooo many soldier crabs!
Accommodation was lovely with a great view looking over the water.
Comfortable and spacious, the house was well appointed with everything you need in the kitchen. Plenty of games and books, as well as a pair of binoculars.
We loved our stay here and would definitely come back :)
The only thing that the kitchen didn’t have was a microwave which would have been helpful but not essential.

The location was stunning, peaceful and we felt very safe. The house has a fabulous, calming beach vibe and we loved being able to eat and drink whilst looking out at the ocean and Freycinet National Park. It truly is an incredible part of the world!
Not a complaint, but more of a suggestion ... provide beach towels for guests as well as shower towels, or at least additional towels for beach days. The beaches are some of the best I've ever visited.

good location
No air con, loud toilet pumps near house. Gave two couples smaller beds when king bed in master room with tv not ready for use. Very odd.
