Location was excellent. Lovely quiet community.
Bed was extremely hard. Surprisingly NO electric blankets on bed . Found this strange considering Tasmania,s nights are extremely cold . Ants throughout kitchen. No hand soap and supplies not refilled. Had to purchase our own garbage bags and toilet roll.

Very private and quiet location, well equipped kitchen and living area. Just a short drive into Freycinet NP.
Not well insulated. Would have been good to know in advance that all properties in this neighbourhood use tank water.

Quiet, spacious nice garden views A folder outlined all the walks nearby and in surrounds Washing machine available with some washing powder satchels
Bed in main bedroom was uncomfortable No pod coffee machine but plunger was provided

Good location - easy to get to Freycinet Regional Park. Nice view of the gold course. Well equipped though could do with a few basics such as hand soap, a dish brush and salt and pepper. Great that there was a washer and dryer to use.
Disappointed to see that there was an extra charge of $40 for using another bedroom. There was no mention of this in the listing and only became aware of this upon arrival. I thought that we had booked the whole unit - not a single room. I was staying with a friend and ended up sleeping on the floor. Does not give you a good feeling. Also one of the remotes was not working for the light/fan in the bedroom.
