În primul rând faptul ca era foarte curat , accesibila ca poziționare , proprietarul foarte prompt și amabil .

Locația foarte bună, apartamentul destul de curat, lenjeria de pat de foarte bună calitate, saltele comode, prosoapele miroseau frumos.
Mirosul din apartament de umezeală și foarte probabil mucegai (deși nu era vizibil) a fost foarte puternic. Inițial am crezut că e un miros care va dispărea o dată cu aerisirea, dar nu a fost așa. Sunt instalate dezumidificatoare, dar nu fac față. Am stat aproape tot timpul cu geamul deschis pentru că aerul dinăuntru mi s-a părut irespirabil. Sperăm să nu ne îmbolnăvim!
