Tout. Propreté. La localisation. Conditions. Tout était agréable , confortable et la gentillesse des propriétaires , tout bien expliqué pour la clé , entrée etc. La localisation est idéale. Et on a trouvé une place de parking tout prêt.

Der "Balkon" ist einfach ein Teil des Laubengangs vor den Zimmern, nicht sehr gemütlich.

If I can rate this place 11 out of 10, I would. This is the best apartment after our 1 week travel in Romania. First, this place is a 2-floor apartment with the second floor being a loft, which has windows opening out (just like the eye-shaped windows you see everywhere in Sibiu). So you are literally staying in the "eyes" of the house. The view from the window looking at the Orthodox church (which lights up at night) is unreal (see attached photo). Second, it comes with all the amenities we need. We have been staying in apartments with booking.com rating 8 or higher throughout our 1-week trip, and something is always missing. We appreciate the laundry machine with laundry soap provided. The fridge. The coffee machine and capsule. plenty of towels. The shower gel and shampoo (not all places we stay provide them). blankets and pillows enough for all 4 of our family members. There are many more amenities we did not use (dish washer, oven, ... ) The location is perfect. 3 min walk from the main square, but hidden in a street that is quiet. So no noise from the main walking street. We are worried about a few things before arrival, which turn out to be completely fine. Two of us slept on the sofa bed and it was really comfortable (best sofa bed of our 1-week trip). We thought the loft will be hot in summer (we travel in August). But the AC is good enough and makes the temperature super comfortable. This is easily the best apartment of our whole trip. And I would recommend this place highly!

The only issue is parking. It is hard to find parking close-by. We got lucky the first night and parked 1 min away. But our second night is a saturday, and there is a big festival in the large square. So lots of people in the old town. We have to park farther with 5 min walk. I guess this is an expected issue if you choose to stay near the old town with a car.

Le logement est très bien aménagé et très bien situé, à proximité du centre ville. Le propriétaire est très sympa et à l’écoute.

Le 2eme lit est dans une mezzanine dont l’accès n’est pas facile.
