Norderney Apartments

The house was spotless, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Everything was well maintained and you can see the attention to detail. The location is great, close to the city center, and the included parking was a big plus. The host, Răzvan, was extremely kind, helpful and always available.

There was nothing we didn’t like. Everything was perfect.

Amazing location, great to have two bathrooms, modern furnishing, and everything one could need set in place. The hosts were very detail-oriented and left lots of sweets around, as well as many helpful things in the bathrooms, including female hygiene products which I haven't seen in any other flat before. They had also decorated for Christmas which was lovely.

This was great for one night, but there were some significant inconveniences. For example, the bed I slept in was so creaky that it woke me up several times in the night just from moving from one side to the other. Additionally, the upstairs bathroom door kept jamming and getting stuck, whereas the door of my bedroom wouldn't close at all.

Nice interior, well equipped, clean, spacious.

Parking is a lottery. There is no assigned place so it makes unpleasant situations between neighbours and guests. No table for eating. Would reccomend to change the small round table for any square which is much better for having breakfast or so!

The property was generally okay and the location was fine. The room matched the pictures and it was quiet during the night.

I expected more transparency and reliability from the property management. Overall, it didn’t feel well organized, which affected the experience. There were a few maintenance issues that should be checked. The downstairs bathroom had drainage problems – water in the shower didn’t go down properly, and the sink hose seemed to be broken. The terrace light didn’t work (either the bulb or the switch), and the door frame and curtain rail in the downstairs room need fixing as they come loose when closing the door. Parking is okay in the morning, but in the evening it becomes difficult because the space is quite small and cars block each other. Towels were clean but quite old and should probably be replaced soon. These things didn’t ruin my stay, but it’s good to be aware of them.
