About this villa rental
Take in the dynamic Golf and Lagoon views from one of the most centrally located villas in Sea Pines. Just a 8 minute walk to the beautiful white sand beaches of Hilton Head. The semi-private heated and cooled on-site pool is open 8 months of the year and is steps from the front door, yet does not disrupt the beautiful view from the Carolina Room. New ownership, new everything. From the appliances to the floors, furniture, paint, kitchen and baths-do not miss a chance to enjoy all of Sea Pines from a stunning property. Lots of living space and comfort are the key to a relaxing family vacation, and this property delivers. This quiet cul de sac is near everything-walk to the Golf Clubhouse for dinner at Frasier's Tavern or to Harbour Town to take in the marina or a cocktail overlooking the sunset from the Quarter Deck. Sea Pines Center is also closeby, featuring the resort's own farmer's market and unique shopping and dining opportunities.
There is a brand new king bed in the master and a queen as well a double in the guest bedroom, providing lots of sleeping options to families. Each bedroom has its own TV in addition to the large living room smart television. The large dining table can accommodate your entire family for shared meals, and there is also a quaint cafe table in the Carolina Room for quick snacks or morning coffee. Enjoy cooking out on the new propane grill on the patio overlooking the golf course.
As with all our villas, enjoy a couple of free bikes for exploring all the nature and beauty of Sea Pines, discounts on additional rentals, free high speed wifi, free clay court tennis at South Beach, and much more.

What a gem…the location can’t be beat! There are tons of special touches everywhere -comfy beds, fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs and coolers … the host even left a nice bottle of wine for us! We used the free bikes every day, nice ride down to The Salty Dog.
A short 5min walk to the beautiful Beach Club for our morning beach walks, and with the golf course and clubhouse right outside the door, we were centrally located to everything in Sea Pines.
Loved that it is one level -ground floor-with no steps to drag our luggage and groceries in. We even had a warm day in November where we got into the heated semi-private pool!
Great hosts, easy check in. Thank you for a great stay! We will 100% be rebooking here for our next trip to HHI

Overall, we enjoyed the villa in Sea Pines. The location is fantastic- a 1-2 min car ride to the beach club (the closest beach access), which was great with a baby and toddler. It’s also centrally located to Harbour Town and South Beach, and close to Lawton Stables. Our son enjoyed watching the golfers tee off from the sun room. The beds were very comfortable and the updated kitchen and master bath were a nice touch. The villa could use a more thorough cleaning. Apart from that, we very much enjoyed our stay.

The location is perfect...easy walk to the beach. The bikes were great...could ride anywhere in Sea Pines. The Villa was clean, but could really use some updating...especially the appliances and kitchen. The blender did not work.
