Private location yet very close to the best white sand beaches at the SeaPines Beach Club, this spacious, sunny villa promises a memorable HHI vacation. Your family will love the beautiful new kitchen remodeling completed in 2025-gorgeous cabinets, counters and a convenient breakfast bar, complete with new appliances to make those shared meals at the property memorable. Hassle free with all linens, beach chairs and towels included. Ideal for two families, this villa sleeps seven comfortably with two king bedrooms, a third bedroom with two twins beds as well as a day bed in the upstairs loft area.
Ride the two free bikes on over 20 miles of shady bike paths, many with low intensity lighting for biking at night. Harbour Town is a mile away and South Beach Marina is just 2.5 miles. Full riding stables with guided tours into the 600 acre forest preserve. Free petting zoo for all ages and electric boat eco tours. One of the best features of this villa is the large screened in porch overlooking a fairway on the Atlantic Dunes Golf Course. Free tennis at a private club in the afternoons, two complimentary bikes, and a free gym membership to Breakthrough Fitness All that is missing is your family. This villa is pet friendly, but please note that we have a pet fee, so please be sure your pet is listed in the guest count as you book so that your quote will be accurate.
Please note this property does not have a neighborhood pool. Pool access is through the newly remodeled South Beach Pool, located 3 miles from the villa by the marina. Great location; convenient to beach and amenities; really enjoyed the stay. Smooth check in process and property met standards as listed. I wish there was a dedicated parking space and less ants on property, but other than that, really enjoyed the stay!

Clean and spacious home close to Sea Pines Beach Club for our family of 6 and dogs. The master bedroom is on the main floor, with an additional half bath off the kitchen. The loft bed/chair area is an extra bonus area to relax. The screened in lanai with a few ceiling fans is big area and out of the direct sun and the drying racks for our suits were a bonus after a day at the beach. There is a hose right outside by the grill (off the lanai and kitchen) that allows you to be able to wash your dog's paws off before they come back into the home. The kitchen seemed to have a lot of supplies even a blender; but we ate out every night so I can't say exactly to all the cookware that was there. Outside the front door was an enclosed area that the 2 provided bikes, chairs, boards and trash containers are kept. We were able to park our own bikes and beach wagon with plenty of space to spare. Having a dedicated parking spot was ideal, as there are also plenty of guest parking spots around. The trolley stop isn't too far as well! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay as Sea Pines is such a beautiful place. Easy ride to the beach….Wonderful bike trails.The beds were very comfortable and kitchen had everything you need..

Easy process, great location, price was good for us this year. Dog friendly unit with sheets available to cover furniture was helpful; we had sofa covered all week just to be safe. Vacuumed ourselves a few times too.
However, the cleaning service may want to step it up a bit. Cleanliness was just "ok", but that's no reflection on owner. Service may want to vacuum under things. May want to replace little details, like light bulbs, broken window blinds that have been taped together, bedroom bureau drawers were kinda sandy or dirty, kitchen items put away dirty (we cleaned before we used anything).
Overall, was a good stay.
