Split on the beach, 2 floors & wide terrace

We had a fantastic stay. The views from the balcony are absolutely stunning, and the apartment is in the perfect location—right on the beachfront promenade, just steps from the beach. The apartment itself is cosy, spotless, and equipped with everything you could need. The host has clearly thought of every detail, from coffee pods and a coffee machine to extra pillows, blankets, cold water in the fridge, and even beach mats. You can really tell they care about their guests. The location is unbeatable, with a beautiful new promenade, great restaurants, an aqua park, tennis courts, and a mini supermarket in the same building. The beach was perfect for our family with two children. We would happily stay here again!

Split on the beach is in a perfect location, Znjan Beach is just 2 minutes and visible from the terrace. Apartment was big and comfortable. Everything available and very clean. Vuko is very helpfull and he organized everything very well. Market is very closed. Restaurants are very closed. Split is just 10 minutes with drive. Beach and sea was wonderfull. If you are partyman/partywoman then it is paradise:)

In case you need a silent location you can be disturbed by the music from discos but if you close the doors and windows then you do not hear😊 No private park is available but public park place is really big enough Frying pans were damaged but kitchen is realy more than enough
