Very nice host: good communication and we were welcomed on arrival. Clean apartment with all that is needed. Lovely sea-view.
The road is a bit loud with traffic but it is a detail.

The apartment is very comfortable, clean, bright and it's in front of one of one of the longest beaches in Split with some bars, snack places and DJs. Normally when renting whole apartments you have to buy your own milk, washing liquid, etc. but here the host is amazing, he's provided everything we needed and more and even helped us fix the car on the last day! The centre (Riva & the Ferry Port) is about 10-15 mins away driving, the area is very safe and there's a supermarket 2 minutes away. We'll be definitely staying again when in Split :) Danke schön boss

The location was great, about 3kms from the main port in split but was right across from a pebble beach (which you can rent a daybed or just bring your own towel etc, the beach had a few little restaurants) Bus and Uber was cheap and easy to get to the main attractions. There was a supermarket right outside the building which made things very convenient.
The apartment itself was very clean and everything looked brand new. Nice little porch to sit on in the evening and a very functional kitchen. There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like about staying here and I’d recommend to anyone and if I come back to split I’d love to stay here again. The hosts were very helpful and kind.

The flat was very nice (exactly like on the pictures), cozy and comfortable as well as a flat owner who speaks Russian, German and English well. There was everything we needed. We enjoyed breakfast and dinners on the balcony with a nice sea view. What was nice that the shop Tommy where we got fresh pastries and food was just there and we liked the coffee machine with a special machine to prepare milk. And the best beach of Split with the cleanest water was just right there. Recommend you to go to Mistral Beach that is related to Radison Blue Hotel. Is very developed. Also nice bars and restaurants are nearby.
