It was a lovely 3 bedroom apartment and a full kitchen and living room. The living room was quite spacious and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cups, and silverware. The maintenance man replaced the coffee maker within a few hours after we notified him that it was broken.

The location is fantastic; the apartment has been updated in a tasteful way. Easy access to the building with an e-code and physical keys for the flat door. The property manager Michel was nice, worked with us to allow an early checking and provided a baby crib as requested. He was also responsive via WhatsApp during our stay which we really appreciated. The mattress felt of good quality and nice to have a washer/dryer. Easy to walk up the stairs and a bonus to be able to park our stroller at the bottom of the stairs.

There was little guidance in advance of our stay about checkin. :( Personally, I do not like when the property puts the responsibility on us to 'figure it out' after we land. We are traveling with young children and do not always have data to send/receive messages after landing so it was not the best start. Michel was nice, helpful and responsive Unfortunately, the apartment feels quite worn (despite its modern updates). The apartment did not have a clean/fresh feeling when we checked-in and the pillows in each of the 3 bedrooms were truly dreadful (please replace them for everyone's benefit). Both my older parents, my wife and I as well as my 3-year old daughter all complained about the old pillows. Also, at the expensive nightly rate, can you at least provide paper towels for the apartment? The bottom line is that while the apartment is modern and centrally located, if they continue to charge a top-tier price, you may be disappointed in the quality of the apartment and comfort during our stay (which did not align with cost). Most of the walls in the flat were scuffed up, stains on different parts of the apartment and just generally a somewhat uncomfortable feeling for us. I think I would stay in the apartment again if they were to improve in the aforementioned areas.
