Allenby 32: Great location near the beach but also to touristic neighborhood and well served bus station.
The appartement is nice and clean with all the required equipment for a short stay. The staff was available by whatsapp about any question.
The sofa bed is not suitable to sleep on - we put the mattress on the floor for the kids (which they loved!). When it is open you can’t move around the appartement. I would say it accommodate max 5 adults. The high table and chairs are not comfortable for elderly and children. I highly recommend to not arrive with a car - the parkings are expensive and the street in under massive work for the future subway.

Very large space and very clean. The apartment had all the amenities for a family stay inc kitchen and washer/dryer. Central location, very near the beach and very easy to get buses to all over the country from just outside the building.
You can hear the outside life at night but that’s what you get for staying in central tel Aviv. It didn’t affect us getting to sleep.

very nice apartment in close proximity to beaches. easy to find and access. parking close by.
1. hidden costs and inability to cancel: after additional costs of +25% were advised (cleaning fee) provision for cancellation was only for 1 hour after the advisory email was SENT.
2. security deposit and conditions are stringent and so I did an audit on arrival to find couch damaged, stained duvet without a cover, hot plate filthy, garbage dumped outside kitchen window. the company was advised (with photos).
3. first time using booking.com app where eventual cost was significantly higher than expected.
