Good location,comfortable, good facilities,clean

As we arrived very late, it,would have been welcoming to have been provided with a small pack of provisions such as milk, bottled water,Tea etc. Dont understand why we paid extra for late arrival as no one met us and it was keyless entry. Shay didnt meet us when we arrived or at anytime and provide us with basic info. This caused us a few small issues i.e Hot water was switched off and ended up having a cold shower on night of arrival until following day when i messaged for support. Same applied for general workings of various within the apartment which was not provided until i requested. wasnt made aware of our dediciated Bomb Shelter. Neverthless Shay did respond quickly to all questions, however do beleive this all should have been provided as we arrived.

Good location near to Bus and light rail. Plenty to see locally and places to eat. The owner Shay is a genuine Guy who I met and made sure we were happy with the apartment and to give him a call if we needed anything. The apartment has the wow facter, Very modern, clean tidy and smartly decorated. Everything is available like extra linen, Nespresso machine, Iron and good TVs in both rooms.Bathroom had a good shower and plenty of hot water. We felt safe as the entry system was 1st class keyless with pin numbers to use. The locals are friendly and I found a convenient laundrete nearby to use which made the stay even better. I travel to Israel quite often and this apartment is my choice on my next visit!

The apartment is neat and beautiful, super central location and Shay the owner is always instantly responsive and very helpful. It’s my second time there and without a doubt my favorite place in town. I’ll be back.
