Sunshine Villa with Private Pool by Estia

The hotel was just as advertised, and the staff were very helpful and easy to communicate with!

לכל מי שאוהב את השקט והשלווה מצד אחד ולהיות קרוב (יחסית) מהצד השני. המקום מבודד יחסית כאשר במתחם ישנם 2 וילות אירוח (בעליונה יש יותר פרטיות) וכן את וילת הבעלים. למרות שוילת הבעלים קרובה הושם דגש רב על הפרטיות כך שאין חלונות בבית המארחים אשר פונים אל וילת האירוח. בתי השכנים רחוקים מאות מטרים מהמתחם. מאידך העיר העתיקה נמצאת במרחק של 5 דקות נסיעה והסופרמרקט במרחק של שתיים שלוש דקות נסיעה. כמובן שרכב הינו בגדר חובה. וילה מטורפת הכוללת את כל מה שיכולתם לחשוב עליו: מטבח מאובזר הרבה מעבר לכל מה שתצטרכו, 2 שירותים ומקלחת, שני חדרי שינה ושני סלונים, אח עצים בסלון, חצר מאובזרת הכוללת בריכה, מקלחת, מתקן BBQ בנוי, ספות שיזוף, שולחן חצר וחניה פרטית. כל וילה מתאימה לזוג רומנטי או זוג עם 2 ילדים. (קיימים גם אביזרי חצר לילדים) כמובן שניתן לשכור את הוילות כך ששני זוגות או 2 משפחות יכולים להתכייף. את המארחים ניתן לתאר במילה אחת: מקסימים! וביתר פירוט, אלו אנשים שיצאו מגדרם לעשות עבורכם כל שתצטרכו גם מבלי שתבקשו. מומלץ בחום.

The garden and outside area of the house is very nice. The view is also amazing and the airconditioning worked perfectly. The lady living next to the house didn't complain about anything, even if we were loud at night. The house had some good amendities like a good working washing machine and there was some fruit and something to drink when we arrived so that was kind. The owner of the villa also responded super quickly and was very helpfull.

The pictures do make the property look quite bigger than it actually is. Some pictures like the playground are not even accessible without going over a fence into someone else's garden. There was also a dog that could sometimes be annoying and the property manager living next to the villa did told us we were stupid and wasn't always very kind. Keep in mind that the people staying at 'azzuro villa', the villa basically under this one are always in sight, so if you don't know those people the privacy is a little bit gone. Sometimes the property manager or cleaners would all of a sudden walk in your house, that was a little bit weird.

Very nice place! We loved staying at Sunshine villa. The villa was spacious, fully equipped with a nice barbeque place we used one time. The private pool was nice and clean! Special thanks to the owner. Very friendly and helpful people, always willing to guide us around and help us out with everything. The house was very clean, they changed our towels when we asked for free of charge! I would highly recommend it.
