The neighborhood is by far the best in Venice! This place was absolutely perfect! Air conditioning, comfortable bed and a washer and dryer! Not only that, Claudia was a perfect host! We had clear directions before we checked in and we were even given a private tour of a glass making facility in Murano, just because we mentioned her name. She also recommended Blue Moon which was a perfect way to celebrate my birthday. Don’t look anywhere else… this is better than any hotel! Dream location with a bargain price tag!
The only thing was that we couldn’t get the tv to work but it was so minor… after exploring the city and island hoping every day, we were too exhausted to even watch tv.

Good localization with lots of cheap and great restaurants around. Ground floor so I guess it was a bit colder which was great in august.
The door was difficult to open the first time we got there and later we spend around half an hour to leave the place - it was stuck and required really a lot of force to open. Later got fixed - either by staff or by itself. Apartment not very clean.
