The location of the apartment is great as it is situated in a quiet area and offers a fantastic view of Lisbon. The apartment itself is spacious and well-equipped.

I was only able to get a good night's sleep for two out of the eight nights of our stay. The neighbor residing above the apartment seemed to be walking around every hour of the night, and the poor flooring made it feel like he was walking right in our bedroom. Additionally, the mattress in the bedroom was thin and uncomfortable, making it impossible for my wife and me to sleep together. When we requested an extra bed linen set for my wife to sleep on the sofa, we were unpleasantly surprised to find out that the host charged us 20 EUR, which seemed quite unreasonable given the total price we paid for the apartment. We've also had an issue with the host when we have just arrived. Although we had communicated our arrival time to him in advance (and he charged additional fee for that), upon our arrival he informed us quite abruptly that he was busy waiting for other guests at another location and we had to wait for him. It was late at night and we were exhausted, and we had to spend around 10 minutes on the street with no place to go. Fortunately, the host found someone else to bring us the key, but it seemed like it was more by chance than by design, and we could have been stuck waiting for much longer. Regenerate response
