La climatisation, indispensable pour survivre en périodes de fortes chaleur. La proximité de la plage (San Andrea que je recommande à 6 minutes en voiture ; celles où on accède à pied depuis le gîte sont très pierreuses et sans fond). Proche de Cagliari et accès facile vers la côte Sud-Est. La gentillesse des hôtes malgré la barrière de la langue qui limite énormément les échanges (français et anglais pas ou très peu pratiqués).
Les équipements (ustensiles de cuisine, couverts, lave-vaisselle, literie,….) méritent d’être renouvelés après près de 10 ans d’utilisation. Attention : escalier très raide pour accéder au logement.

Overall it was a very positive stay. The only down side was one of the pillows was a bit uncomfortable.
