The proximity to the city center is great, it is at walking distance to everything. There is a parking spot inside the yard. The area is peacefull and quiet. The host was nice. There is fridge, a stove, there were salt, sugar, coffee, and enough pans and pots to manage cooking. There was luggage storing space, a broom, a mop, a vaccum cleaner, a TV and several small kitchen appliances.
The extractor hood over the stove was making an awfull broken sound. Only 2 out of 4 stove tops were working. The pillows weren't very comfy, and the bed linnen had a plastic-like feel.
