Jó az elhelyezkedése, mégis csendes kisutcában van.
Nincs légkondicionáló, ami tartós nagy melegben gond lehet… A szobára kezd ráférni a felújítás. Például festés, a laminált parketta cseréje, az ágy már megsüllyedt stb. Vagy egy-két apróság pl. a zuhanyzónál csak a földre lehet letenni a tusfürdőt.

Kedves, egyszerű szállás. Nagyon tiszta! Rövid sétával megközelíthető a belváros, fürdő, vár, kastély stb.
Konyhafelszereltség erősen hiányos, tusolónál nincs szappantartó. Kifolyik a víz, így életveszélyes az egész fürdőszoba. Nincs felmosó szett, így megoldani sem lehet. Visszük a szobába is a vizet, így az is csúszik és a padló felázik! Wc papír kevés- ünnepek alatt nehéz a beszerzése!!! Nincs fogas a fúrdőben, törölközőnek, köntösnek stb.
