Sándor Apartman

the location is very nice, at the end of a quiet street. the garden in the back is AMAZING! there are lots of fruit trees and cherries were in season. the owner offered us some in the apartment and we went wild in the garden. just couldn't stop eating them. there is a gazebo with a large table and a bbq pit. it was too hot to use the sauna or the hot tub but the owner asked whether we were interested. the bedrooms are spacious and 2 of them have access to the balcony overlooking the garden. it was a perfect place to relax with a cold watermelon after a hot day at the pool. the apartment is about a 10-minute walk to the Gyula castle, park and restaurants and about a 3-minute ride to the swimming pool. it can be reached on foot but with 2 kids and a lot of beach supplies we opted to drive. the pool has a lot of things for the kids as well as adults, including a wave pool.

everything was super! but be forewarned - the apartment is up the semi-winding stairs and if you have mobility issues it might be a bit taxing. also, despite the bedrooms being spacious the rest of the living quarters were fairly tight. the 4 of us managed ok, but according to booking you can fit 6 people there. i can't imagine that many people not getting in each other's way.

A tulajdonosok mindenben segítettek amiben csak tudtak. Csak miattunk Sándor felajánlotta és elkészítette a gyerek biztonsági ajtót a lépcsőre.
