Siamo in soffitta, seppur curata, con travi molto basse a rischio testate.

דירה חמודה בעיצוב כפרי חביב, דירה פשוטה אבל אנחנו אהבנו את המיקום והקרבה לפסו טונלה,
המים החמים במקלחת לא הספיקו ליותר משלוש מקלחות, התנור חימום עשה בעיות והבעלים טיפלו בו בחביבות פעמיים... התנצלו על הבעיות וגם הביאו קינוחים לפיצוי. התנור בישול היה גם על פלט, לא נגיש. חבל.

1. After we made the booking and paid for the apartment, Paolo wrote us that they decided to rent the apartment only from Sunday to Sunday or Saturday to Saturday. We explained we can't change the dates because we already booked the flights. After we explained a few times, only
at the end he said he will let us stay as booked (. 2. We asked if we will get the Val de Sole card, because it gives the option to use all the cables, and Paulo said we will. When we came and asked for it - he sent us cards, and when we got to the cable - we found out that it was Trentino Guest Card, which isn't good for cables. Paulo said it was "a misunderstanding", and when we explained that it made us change our plans and loose money - he said he won't take money for the city tax , which is much less then we had to pay for the cables ... 3. One day we asked where we can find an extra sheet to change one of the beds, and Paulo said there is only one set and we should go to a laundry in a different village and wait an hour and a half for the sheet to clean and dry...
After we left Paulo sent a message that he will give us a discount the next time we come. As we wrote to him - we won't come again!
