Lovely stay.

The host sent us a video of how to access the garage and enter the property which was very helpful. Property was well equipped and easily accessible. Close to restuarants, supermarket (5 minute drive) and also close to the ski bus (even though we didn't make use of it).

The sofa bed wasn't very comfortable but still ok.

The property was close to the gondolas ,ski shop bars, and restaurants.There were three of us, so it was lovely to have living space and a bedroom .It was great to have a kitchen too, which had everything .The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed.There was a sofa bed also so there was room for two more people .The beds in the main room were very comfortable and the rooms were very well heated. Whenever we had a question it was answered immediately.Our bus to go home was leaving at 3 and we were facilitated to leave our bags at the apartment until 2 which was fabulous as this meant we could ski for the morning.We will definitely come back .Thanks

Location is good, close to ski centers. It's ok for a short trips.

We were missing some basic stuff in the kitchen - electrical kettle, knives (there was only one, a huge one but totally useless), wine glasses). The apartment is for 5 persons, however 1 has to sleep on a separate "bed" that's build in a wardrobe (see photos from the bedroom) so you have a shelves right above you and the sofa-bed is not very comfortable for adults. I would have expected this to more comfortable given the price we paid.

Muffa e ragnatele nell'appartamento,problemi col microonde ,luce cappa mancante, pomello frigo rotto, anta del mobile rotta e sedute del divano molto sporche,utensili cucina ( coperchi pentole, forbici ) mancanti.

Il box auto è l’ultimo della fila ed è quasi impossibile parcheggiare. La doccia è vecchia e scivolosa….molto pericolosa a mio avviso. La Tv era stata asportata dai precedenti ospiti ( a detta del personale) e quella portata il giorno dopo era molto piccola (23”) . L’aspira polvere dato in dotazione aveva il sacchetto strapieno ed abbiamo avuto un nuovo sacchetto 2 giorni dopo. La seduta del divano letto era rotta e non si teneva in posizione. Pochissime stampelle per gli abiti negli armadi e quelle che c’erano erano quelle in filo di ferro della tintoria. Queste le principali scomodità….poi ce ne sarebbero altre ma lasciamo stare

Bella scoperta

Struttura molto ben curata, super pulita e attrezzata (in cucina era presente persino il detersivo piatti, detersivo lavastoviglie, spugnetta, tovaglia…).. inoltre mi sono innamorata del piumone sui letti, fantastico! L’appartamento non è grandissimo ma è organizzato in modo davvero funzionale, sono molto soddisfatta!

La posizione ha 5 minuti dal centro di Ponte di Legno e dagli impianti Il silenzio...ma siamo andati in bassa stagione La gentilezza della signora e le indicazioni per check-in e checkout

Per gli appartamenti che vengono affittati forse sarebbe meglio utilizzare divani sfoderabili (da lavare e cambiare ogni cambio ospiti) e sedie che non siano impossibili da pulire, scegliere le classiche sedie forse sarebbe meglio; beh forse un cura maggiore eviterebbe di avere una costante puzza!

Una vacanza serena a Ponte di legno

Il residence è sufficientemente lontano dalla strada statale 42 da non sentire i veicoli che passano, è comodo al centro di Ponte di Legno (5 minuti a piedi) e agli impianti di risalita di Ponte di Legno (2 minuti a piedi). Il parcheggio vicino è comodo. L’appartamento era sul lato interno e non su quello esterno dove passa il ruscello (che è rumoroso 24 ore al giorno).

L'ubicazione dell’appartamento vicino all’ingresso del residence, la spaziosità limitata della zona giorno (dalle foto sembrava un pochino più grande), l’assenza di appendi asciugamani in bagno, l’illuminazione carente della zona giorno, l’umidità del box auto.

Il materasso del letto matrimoniale un po’ rigido per i miei gusti e il box doccia, sarebbe da sistemare perché fuoriesce l’acqua mentre fai la doccia

Ponte di Legno è bellissimo. La struttura deve essere migliorata.

Appartamento abbastanza capiente x 3 persone e un cane. Bene anche il bagno. Piccolo terrazzo nel salottino. Posizione a 15 min a piedi dal centro e anche dalle piste peccato che il percorso sia tutto in salita... A disposizione lavatrice, lavastoviglie, biancheria e box auto

Molto sporco. Capelli sulla cucina, polvere, microonde mai pulito, padelle talmente consumate a rischio x la salute. Mancano pentole varie e phon . Nessuna indicazione x la raccolta dell'immondizia. L'aspiratore del bagno non ha mai funzionato e non c'erano finestre...doccia con scarico ostruito. Forti rumori meccanici dal corridoio che si ripetevano ciclicamente. Non si arriva alle piste a piedi xché, seppur non lontane , il percorso è ben in salita e non praticabile con tavola o sci sulle spalle e scarponi a piedi...
