First of all, the host is fantastic! So kind and met us there to let us in and explain the apartment but also how to get around, and some suggestions for local food and drink. The WiFi is fast enough for me to do a video conference on it while everyone else in the apartment was using it too. The kitchen was well equipped to make simple food, and flows well into the living area and the balcony. The washing machine for the clothes was fast and did a great job. Accessing the building is easy if you follow the instructions. Take the gate key, because there is a service hole right in front of the gate. The location is great, right on the road directly leading to the best parts of the neighborhood and to the main sights. You can take the bus or tram and can easily get a taxi. It's a shaded street, and though busy, feels homey. And you cannot hear anything inside the apartment. The rooms and bathrooms are large by Rome standards, and the AC will FREEZE you, if necessary, but please don't, as that is wasteful. The pictures do not do it justice at all. I would definitely stay here again and book my clients here.

This isn't even a complaint just a heads up: many showers in Italy drain slowly, so you will stand in a small pond when you shower, and the water temperature can fluctuate when other people turn on water. But it isn't a problem if you are prepared for it.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Location was good and accessible.

For family of four staying for 5 days, toiletries , towels were insufficient. Electricity went off twice while we were preparing for breakfast , we were able to fix it quickly by fixing the fuse. Got to know that the fuse went off when too much electric appliances are running at the same time but it was scary as a visitor visiting Rome in summer these kind of issues with electricity. While taking shower we noticed that the water heating system was insufficient. Sometimes the water was too cold and sometimes it was too hot even when we set it at the right temperature. There is no dryer to dry the washed clothes. The TV cable was also pathetic.
