Be Mate Trastevere III

The apartment was very spacious and very well decorated. It was perfect for us when our 16 month old, as we had plenty of space to sleep as well as relax. It was in the perfect location for us. We were able to walk around Trastevere and enjoy local Rome including restaurants as well as not being too far distance to walk to all of the sites. The staff were very helpful and made us feel very welcome

Beautifully furnished and presented apartment in the heart of everything. Loved the decor!

The access link to the property wasn’t working when we first arrived so it took almost an hour to get in. The language barrier was an issue and actually speaking to someone to resolve this issue was a problem.

Very spacious apartment which was great after a busy day exploring Rome with lots of tourists. Location was fantastic for food, literally minutes away from lots of great restaurants. Well thought through package from the host with clean sponges, dish washer tablets, etc. A few cups and cutlery were dirty but overall very clean. The bathroom was a good size and had soap, hair dryer and plenty of towels. The hosts were kind and very responsive allowing us to check out late on the last day due to a freak weather storm. The AC was excellent.

The bedding didn't fit the bed and wasn't the best quality nor was the mattress so this could be improved given the nightly cost. We didn't like that a picture of your card has to be uploaded to a portal to pay the tourist tax but they offered us an alternative payment link. The lift was broken on arrival which we weren't informed about and had to carry 40kg of lugged up 5x3 flights of stairs on an extremely hot day, so something to be aware of however it was fixed for the remainder of our trip.
