Dinner at osteria pinf is also recommended only a short 5 minute walk from the property

A comfortable stay with the most fabulous view of the lake
The view from the window is fabulous. Will keep this image in my mind for some time. The vibe is tranquil and peaceful. The apartment is comfortable, spacious. Pool and jakuzzi - a nice and rewarding touch on a hot day. Owner was very kind to let us in when we arrived late at night.
Just beware- it is up the hills, so the roads to the apartamenti are windy and narrow, and drive requires a very steep decline and also incline.

A very nice apartment in a beautiful location with stunning views. Great pool and jacuzzi! Very friendly and helpful hosts. Due to location we recommend traveling by car.

Very quiet place with magnificent view from the terrace where there is a swimming pool and perfectly located Jacuzzi.
Some useful kitchen equipment was missing like for instance teapot or tea sieve. Also no sponge or detergent. Toilet paper was also not supplied. But these were just minor flaws, other than this the stay was perfect.

Magnifique maison avec vue en hauteur sur le lac et le village
Les appartements bénéficient d’un cadre magnifique, avec un jardin rempli d’oliviers, une superbe piscine et un jacuzzi offrant une très belle vue. Propreté des lieux et des appartements.
En revanche, l’accès n’est pas évident : le chemin est très pentu et étroit donc pas évident en voiture manuelle et le chemin pédestre vers le village peut poser problème à ceux qui ne sont pas amateurs de marche (comptez 3 bottines). De plus, la location n’est pas entièrement privatisée, car les propriétaires vivent sur place et leurs amis/famille utilisent aussi la piscine et les transats. À prendre en compte selon ce que vous recherchez. Dans l’appartement duplex la chambre lit double manque d’intimité par d’alcôve ouverte sur le rdc et l’autre chambre.

Persönlich fanden wir die Abfahrt von der Via Panoramica zur Via Pallazina sehr steil, abenteuerlich und verwinkelt, da man von unten nicht sah ob jemand von oben kommt und von oben nicht, ob Gegenverkehr von unten kommt. Das muss man mögen. Für große Autos eher nicht geeignet. Man muss gut zu Fuß sein, wenn man ohne Auto nochmal los will.

Een heerlijk verblijf voor diegene die van rust, ruimte en uitzicht wil genieten!
Wij hebben genoten van onze twee weken in dit verblijf. We hadden het appartement op onderste verdieping. Ideaal voor de toegang naar het zwembad en het bubbelbad. De eigenaren hadden een mooi buitenzitje gemaakt zodat we iedere dag heerlijk buiten konden eten. Het appartement zelf is prima en van alle gemakken voorzien. Niet super groot, maar groot genoeg voor de tijd die we er waren. Twee prima slaapkamers, badkamer en een woonkamer/keuken gedeelte. Het woongedeelte (waar ook de keuken in staat) is klein en er staat een bank/een tafel/ en 4 stoelen. Ik kan mij voorstellen dat wanneer er meerdere dagen slecht weer is, dat dan de ruimte/leefgedeelte wel te klein is voor een gezin. Maar gelukkig hadden wij iedere dag prachtig weer en konden we veel buiten zijn.
Het zwembad is heerlijk. Niet super groot, maar omdat er maar 3 appartementen in het huis zijn, voldoet het zwembad goed. Ook de jacuzzi is heerlijk!
Vele reviews over deze locatie gaan over het uitzicht. En niets is gelogen. Dat is echt fenomenaal! Wat een prachtig uitzicht!
De weg naar het huis toe is zeker uitdagend. Ik lees reviews dat het bijna niet te doen is om er te komen, maar dat is echt niet waar. Ja...het is even een slingerweg naar boven... en de afslag naar het huis is inderdaad even spannend (weg loopt heel erg steil omlaag en er is GEEN ruimte om te passeren wanneer er een tegenligger komt), maar na een paar keer te hebben gereden is het makkelijk te doen.
Vriendelijke eigenaren. Spreken Italiaans en een beetje Duits. Ze hebben alles prima voor elkaar en het ziet er allemaal er goed verzorgt uit. Mooie planten en bloemen, de bestraten mooi onderhouden, de kamers goed in de verf en alles is goed schoon. Als er iets is, dan wordt het opgelost. Iedere dag komen ze het zwembad controleren of het water nog goed is, de robot doet af en toe zijn werk als "pool-boy", de jacuzzi wordt schoongemaakt. Gras netjes gemaaid... alles gewoon perfect!
Er is niet echt iets negatiefs te vertellen over deze accommodatie. Er valt altijd wel iets "te zeuren", maar voor ons was het allemaal prima.
Er zijn wel kleine verbeter puntjes denk ik:
- de badkamer mag wel een kleine upgrade krijgen. Het functioneert allemaal prima en is ook goed schoon, maar het mag misschien wel her en der wat vervangen worden.
- 1 stopcontact weigerde af en toe dienst
- op de site mag wel vermeldt worden dat je niet heel gemakkelijk het dorp "in kunt lopen". Want wanneer je even boodschappen wilt halen (of bv broodjes wilt halen), dat moet je eigenlijk wel altijd met de auto/motor.
- Ik probeer nog iets te verzinnen... maar het lukt mij niet! :)
Tip: in de zomermaanden zijn er best veel wespen en muggen. Neem zelf bv wespenvallen mee!
Tip voor de eigenaren: wij sliepen met de ramen open ivm de warmte. Is het een idee om horren te plaatsen tegen de muggen?
