Perfekt läge vid tågstationen (60 m) med tåg till Pompeji, Neapel och Sorrento. Solig balkong med kvällssol, delvis havsutsikt och underhållande stoppkorsning. Nära till affärer och restauranger.
Fräsch dusch, komplett kök, rymlig lägenhet. Trevlig och engagerad värdinna.
Felaktig uppgift om turistskatt på Booking. Var 2 istället för 1 Euro och skulle betalas kontant.
Liten och gammal hiss till 6:e våningen. Det centrala läget innebär att man får stå ut med normala ljud från en livlig Italiensk stad.

The flat was excellent and in a great location! The view from the balcony was brilliant and it’s right by the station so you can easily get to central Naples or Pompeii. Marilin was also really helpful in answering my questions and giving me recommendations for restaurants and activities.

The apartment was clean and the photos from Booking were accurate. Location is central, nice restaurants & bars and promenada can be easily accessed by foot.
The apartment is located at the 6th floor of a huge block building. It has a small elevator used by so many neighbours and you always need to be careful to close the inside doors when leaving it. There is also a poster at the entrance of the apartment underlining the fact that elevator’s doors should be closed, otherwise there will be a penalty of 50 eur…. When going up and down on the stairs I didn’t see this sign to any other apartment, so maybe the penalty is pretty specific…
At the same number there is another apartment. Common areas: a very small lobby and a facilities room, with a washing machine.
This set up was unfortunate for us because on the first night the noise made by washing machine was annoying and, worst, on the 2nd night the people from the other apartment were making huge noise (shouting, playing music loud, slamming the doors really loud) in the middle of the night…
At check in the host told us that she usually requires a deposit for the apartment, but she will not require this time from us. I didn’t find this information at booking, maybe didn’t pay enough attention, but honestly the apartment was really overpriced as offering the minimal, so no deposits or penalties were justified.
