Spacious, large rooms clean, everything you need is there. Close to train station 3-5 min walk away. Close to beach lovely seaside town to visit. Lots of bars and food places around

Not Giuseppe’s fault but traffics is very noise at night but few wines and it turns into white noise.

The communication with the host and the key collection were excellent, even though we arrived very late at night after our flight. Picking up the keys was completely smooth and stress-free. The area is very pleasant, and the apartment is in a great location for exploring the region. It is also close to the airport, which is very convenient. The apartment itself is spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. We especially enjoyed the large terrace in a lovely Italian style — a perfect place for long afternoon lunches. The host was very kind, helpful and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended.

The apartment was spacious and had two separate bathrooms. Close to the beach and restaurants. Nice views of the sea and 360-degree views of mountains, city, sea, etc.

We stayed in Verde Acqua for one month and it exceeded our expectations. The apartment was very big and comfortable, with a good division of spaces that suited our activities: working, resting, dining. The apartment was perfectly equipped and every detail was taken care of. We stayed in winter time and we had heating and plenty of blankets. Guiseppe, the host, is very welcoming and friendly, and was always attentive to our needs, even on weekends or holidays. The location is really good: next to a really nice bar, nearby supermarkets and restaurants. The beach was half a block away. The two train stations were also within walking distance. We felt really comfortable during our 30-day stay. Thanks Guiseppe!
