Great chalet apartment with everything we needed. Well equipped kitchen for when we cooked and ideal for our two families consisting of 6 people - 4 adults and 2 teenage boys. The welcome pack of cheese and bubbles from one of the local shops was a lovely gesture and Olivia was just on the end of the phone whenever we had any questions.

Nothing! I think it may be tight if there were 8 people staying as they would need to sleep in the living area and there isn't too much storage for additional clothing if this were the case.

Bonne localisation, très pratique avec ascenseur et local à ski ; agence a l’écoute et disponible ; commerces à proximité , pistes de ski à proximité , possibilité de stationner facilement ; animaux admis !

Aucune critique ! Disons simplement que les ustensiles de cuisine auraient besoin d’être renouvelés améliorés et complétés et qu’en machine expresso serait mieux qu’une cafetière dont on ne sert plus. Idem pour mobilier de terrasse ( dont on ne s’est pas servi en hiver ) un peu vieillot .

The apartment is comfortable enough for four people. The extra (small) bedroom is great for storing luggage. The views are very nice. Olivia was very helpful with info and good discounts on ski-hire, ski passes and taxi.

We thought it was ski-in/ski-out but the lift is quite far away and you need to walk with all your gear. The apartment was not very clean. The Internet was very slow and intermittent. This is very important to us, so quite disappointed that we could not do what we wanted to do on our devices. We had to pay €25 extra for bedding and towels per person. Quite expensive. Lastly, it is advertised as ‘free cancellation’, but we had to pay about 25% up front, which was strange.
