Chalet Phoenix, 150 m², sleeps 12–14, 5 bedrooms/5 bathrooms, fireplace, sauna, 300 m from the slopes

The Phoenix Chalet is designed for 12 people and can accommodate up to 14 people, plus a baby (baby crib included).
Located 250 m from the slopes and 300 m from the new La PLAGNE Montalbert gondola. The ESF departure point is easily accessible from the chalet, at the end of the street... you can drop off your skis in the evening at the Sport Passion rental shop on the slopes to avoid having to carry them 250 m...

The Phoenix Chalet rose from the ashes in 2015 after a fire. It has retained its charm while being expanded to meet today’s standards of comfort (accessibility for people with reduced mobility, insulation, etc.).

The Phoenix chalet is located on the outskirts of the old village of La Plagne Montalbert, 150 meters from the bakery and 200 meters from the village center. The supermarket across from the village is 400 meters away.

All shops and trails are easily accessible via snow-covered streets with no uneven surfaces. (Hence, returning on skis is impossible, except on technical slopes.)

On the first floor, a large entryway with an accessible bathroom for people with disabilities and a toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with highly functional appliances (induction cooktop, range hood, dishwasher for 14 place settings, oven and microwave, food processor, stone oven, fondue set, and raclette set).

The fireplace is completely safe, built of stone, and the living room surrounding it can accommodate a dozen guests—and more with stools...
In the afternoon, the living room opens onto a sunny balcony with a panoramic view of the Beaufortain Valley and the mountains across from it. The sofa is convertible to meet accessibility requirements for people with disabilities, but access to the town’s lift has not yet been established; the access ramp is quite steep over a distance of 5 meters.

The basement has retained its sauna (the only original room left unchanged before the fire); the bathroom has been renovated with a shower and a toilet. There is a relaxation area after the sauna with a bench consisting of two single beds and a sofa bed that converts to a double bed (140).
A ski storage room and an utility room have been added (washer and dryer).
On the first floor, there are three bedrooms (160 cm bed), a separate bathroom (bathtub) shared exclusively by bedroom 1, a separate toilet, and an en suite bathroom in the other two bedrooms (toilet + sink + shower)
An attic level with 6 single beds, including a 90-cm trundle bed (2 can be combined to form a 180-cm bed), and a bathroom with a toilet.
The chalet sleeps 16 people, but we only accept 14 for comfort (the two bunk beds provide only 500 liters of hot water).
A crib is available on site.
Sheets and towels are provided.
In La Plagne, the tourist tax is 2.48 € per night per adult (free for children under 18) for the chalet, which is classified as a 4-star property.
