The location is amazing, there was lots of snow and the walk-in/walk-out straight onto the slopes was excellent. The apartments were clean and the staff were very friendly. The croissant and baguette service is a nice thing, the well-being area and pool are very nice. The lockers for ski are useful, make sure to book the garage in the building, makes it easier even at an extra cost. Access to restaurants and grocery stores was amazing, really good.
The apartments are a bit worn out and outdated. The kitchen utensils were quite old and used, old coffee machine, toaster, pans scratched, and generally also the furniture was quite worn out. The walls and floors are bare, there is not a picture or decorative item - the apartments could use some love and feeling of homey-ness. All the rest was really good.

The staff were lovely and spoke really great English. The ski in ski out was brilliant. The Chairlift restaurant was really nice. Definitely pleased we invested in the underground parking as this spared clearing the car during all the heavy snow. The locker rooms were good with each apartment having an assigned locker.
It was all very confusing. We booked directly with booking.com rather than via a package holiday but it was chaos on our arrival. I have a feeling that our check in was very rushed to get through the crowds. The accommodation is essentially 2 buildings linked together but that wasn't obvious on arrival. We were in the second part of the hotel which has a different lift system and parking area. Once you get your head around it, it kinda makes sense but we spent the first 2 days really confused. I feel like you get more instructions and guidance if you're staying in the main part of the accommodation with clearer signage and instructions. We didn't know how to get anything, where to find the locker room, which code was for what, the fact that we could order baked goods each day, I had to muddle through working out how to get bedding for our sofa bed, despite booking for a child in our 1 bed apartment. There were lots of assumptions that we knew what to do and we didn't and nor were there any instructions for us to work it all out. We never found the spa area.

Location (ski in ski out) and size of room compared to other apartments we have stayed in France. Staff were friendly apart from not sorting major issue with bathroom. Pleasant reception area.
Allocated an accessible room 2 years in a row where the shower floods the bathroom and we have to dry the floor with towels. Odalys say it’s booking.com and booking.com say it’s down to Odalys so I got nowhere in terms of a resolution (changing rooms or compensation). For this reason I will not book again. Bed is also very hard. Last year I was very pleased hence rebooking but was advised I booked an accessible room when I reported the problem so I believed this was my error and now know it wasn’t. Not a 4 star

Great ski in ski out spot, very convenient. Lovely big window which made it feel like a balcony when the afternoon sun hit. Basic accommodation but decent value for money and handy to have a kitchenette for healthy breakfasts and dinners when not eating fondue! Good location, 2 mins walk to the lift down to Plagne villages.
Mis-represented room arrangement on the booking.com site and was given wrong room initially. Had to repeatedly go back to reception to speak to staff which meant dragging bags around and some areas had no lift option. Discovered that the sofa bed in the second room we were given did in fact become 2 separate single beds so wasn’t too bad in the end.

It was in an excellent position with a lovely attached restaurant. The rooms were big enough and the beds were comfortable.
It was extremely smelly from the drains in the bathroom. The shower room flooded every time you used it. The smell was so bad it made us feel sick and had to buy bleach to try and disguise it. The ski boot lickers were inadequate. Not enough room even for 2 of us. No hooks for boots or helmets. Very badly designed for the stars the hotel is rated.

Excellent location in the slopes. Very quiet and comfortable beds.

Apartment was modern, good sized, with comfortable beds and good shower. Ski-in/ski-out location and ski locker room, access to pool for kids, onsite restaurant and bar serving delicious food and a great choice of drinks, close to small, well-stocked supermarket and bars/restaurants, and free parking.
Only a few small negatives. There was not enough wardrobe space - they catered for 3 rather than 6 people. In the apartment, they could have double the amount of wardrobes without it feeling cramped - all of our group agreed. Also, the residence is a little bit of a rabbit warren and it’s challenging to find your way around - more signage could help. Finally, like many other guests have commented, the pool could be a bit warmer. Aside from that, everything else was great.

The location was great. The rooms were quiet. Free parking. The bread/ Croissant delivery was excellent. Discount of 30% from Sport 2000 with Odalys voucher.
Could have done with a Tea Towel.
The pillows were naff but we used a spare duvet to supplement.
The pool was colder than I would have liked. The kids didn’t seem to mind, but the jets were too cold to work off my old muscle pain!

Stay was good, however no oven, the pool was freezing, no boot warmers in the ski lockers and the WiFi was patchy at best. Ski in ski out was helpful although we had to walk to the ESF in Plagne Village in the morning for ski school. The on site restaurant was very good.
We had a 6 person apartment which was very spacious, but the lack of oven was disappointing when cooking. The bath was also really small meaning it was hard to relax in a bath at the end of a days skiing.
With some minor adjustments, this could be a great place. La Plagne is a great place to ski with so much skiing to be done! Would probably stay in a different place if we came back as don’t like to stay in the same place twice.

Direct access to the piste, really ski-in, ski-out. Tip: if using ESF, the Plagne Soleil meeting point is skiable from the front door. the Plagne Villages meeting point involves a walk.
Pool was nice for the kids, but the "hot tub/jacuzzi" was just an alcove in the pool, i.e. the water was only swimming temperature, not hot, so wasn't great for sitting in while the kids were swimming.

Location. Door to slope skiing. Walking distance from Plagne Village with ski shop, ESF ski school and Spar.

Excellent ski in/ski out location. Onsite restaurant was very good. Swimming pool area was also of high standard.
Would prefer to have an oven rather than just a combination microwave.

Excellent location for families. Ski in & Ski out with a lovely swimming pool at the end of the day. Shops & restaurants are not too far away. Ski school is near by, and we were lucky enough to have an apartment overlooking the ski slopes.
The checking in & checking out process is painful- but then it always is with skiing resorts!
We booked a slot for the apartment check when we wanted to leave & waited in our room but no one came, we went to reception twice and the guy there said wait in your room & someone will come. After an hour of waiting we gave up and got on the road, as we had a long journey & this was just adding to the stress! No one seemed to care & the reception had no way of communicating with the apartment check person. Such a terrible system!

Very comfortable warm rooms, lovely restaurant, amazing location. Ski slopes outside hotel, dont need to walk too far.
3.0 / 10.0
The location was perfect, right next to the ski slopes.
Unfortunately, it is the only good thing about this hotel.
The double bed and the pillows were super cheap and not at all comfortable. The sofa bed was even worse.
The kitchen was just groomed slightly, not cleaned, and let's joke about any sort of disinfection.
The dishes, the cutlery were sticky, and the cabinets were dirty.
The staff was rather courteous however not very helpful.

Amazing ski to door, central location. Great apartment, with balcony and well equipped little kitchen. good sized dining table. good amount of wardrobe/storage space. nice shower in bath.
All small stuff, but also easy to fix. Miserly not to provide simple basics enough for the stay (bin bags, loo roll etc). Nearest communal bins three buildings and a car park away. bin bags not in the bin on arrival. cheap materials, eg duvet and sofa covering. would be good to have a little oven.

Staff were friendly and helpful
We were expecting a high qualify place/appartment (especially for the price) but we were quite disappointed. A shame as issues are fairly small and could be easily rectified to improve customer satisfaction. However, there are too many small issues which means we will not return..
Had to wait one hour for appartment despite that appartments are already available late (5pm).
Appartment not clean upon arrival. Had to hoover, dust, clean..
No cleaning offered during stay
Dirty beds (matter covers and pillows full of hair and dust) - had to hoover the beds and pillows but pointless as they were just dirty. Same with sofa.
No basic soap in the appartment
A number of appliances not working upon arrival (tv, dishwasher) as well as machine for ski pass
No washing machine
Pool closes too early in the evening therefore the pool is over crowded. Water not warm enough and too much chemicals (painful red eyes very quickly)
Extra cost to use sauna and steamroom
1 key per appartment
A major downside - Really bad internet/wifi. Could no access the internet most of the time.
Possibility to order fresh bread and pastries every day but cash only each day
No bus transfer to the centre of La Plagne/to ski schools. Really difficult with little ones who cannot yet ski down the mountain. Thankfully, we took ski lessons with Oxygene who had buses to pick us up from the appartment and to drop us off in the evening. Taxis charge 20 euros for a 5 minute drive.
They don't clear the snow and ice around the place, at the entrance, and in the parking, or they do it too late when people have already left for the day. We had to put the snow chains just to leave the parking!
Finally, we could get the discount for the skis and lift passes as we booked via Booking.com and didn't book via their site.

Location was great (next to ski slope), also the wellness spa on site was a big plus. Swimming pool also adds value.
- Hygiene in the rooms (we found a lot of dust and some pens under the bed.
- Staff could be a more friendly when questions asked.
- Some more info about access to swimming pool (how to obtain "Covid Free" wristbands etc...)
