Having travelled quite widely for years this is one of a VERY few places I would return to.

The apartment is in a great position. Beaches, bakery, small supermarkets, ATM''s, car hire, bus stops, taverna's, bars, restaurants all within walking distance. Excellent wifi. The apartment was kept beautifully clean (cleaned every day except Sunday). We saw our host Maria every day and she looked after us so well with nothing being too much trouble, she arranged our airport transfer and even came up to our apartment to let us know when the driver arrived.

I would give 11 instead of 10 If I could. Cleanest place I ever stayed.

The apartment was spacious and spotlessly clean. Maria was very helpful and always ready to assist :) A big shout-out to the housekeeping team — they cleaned the apartment every single day. Not just tidying up, but making it absolutely spotless. Thank you so much for everything!

Amazing!

Maria and her sisters were wonderful hosts! The apartment was spotless, fully equipped with everything we needed, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. I couldn’t recommend this place enough and would love to come back again and again!

The apartment was nice, but the hosts were very unpleasant.

The apartment itself was fine – clean and located in a good area.

The attitude of the hosts was terrible. At the end of our stay, they made a big issue about a tiny metal ring connecting the key and the magnet, even though both the key and magnet were intact. Instead of simply replacing the ring (which costs almost nothing), they insisted we pay €20 and kept bothering us about it. After paying a significant amount for the stay, it felt very unfair and ruined the impression. There is no reason to stress guests over something so minor.

It was close to the beach and had a good view! We also got a lot of help from the host regarding taxis and boattrips, what do to in Paleokastritsa and so on! It was great and we loved it here! Would love to come back!

Rhea Complex Review

Corfu I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Rhea Complex in Paleokastritsa, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how peaceful and serene the surroundings were. It felt like a hidden paradise, tucked away from the busy tourist spots, yet still close enough to enjoy everything Corfu has to offer. The apartment itself was immaculate and beautifully updated. The modern kitchen had everything I needed — including an oven and refrigerator — which made it so easy to prepare meals when I wanted to stay in and relax. The newly renovated bathrooms were equally impressive, featuring stylish finishes and a luxurious rain shower head that made every shower feel like a spa experience. One of the absolute highlights for me was the bed — it was exceptionally comfortable, probably one of the best I've ever slept in while traveling. After long days exploring the island, it was pure bliss to come back to such a cozy, restful space. And the views! From my balcony, I had the most stunning view of the Ionian Sea. Every morning and evening, I found myself just sitting outside, soaking in the beauty of the landscape and the calming sounds of nature. It was the perfect setting to unwind and recharge. My stay at the Rhea Complex was everything I could have hoped for — quiet, luxurious, and deeply rejuvenating. I can’t wait to come back!

Perfect studio flat with gorgeous views, comfortable beds, and friendly smiles!

It was a truly peaceful place to stay. Sitting out on the balcony each morning / evening was very relaxing. Maria was an excellent host and extremely friendly. The rooms were cleaned daily and the kitchenette was stocked well to have any utensil you needed. The gardens were also very beautiful. Overall, it was a wonderful experience

The only thing we struggled to think of was that the drains very occasionally smelled. This was so infrequent it didn’t really bother us.

Perfect for April break- wildflowers and olive groves stunning!

Maria is a very a attentive host - the property was spotlessly clean and suited our purpose. Great location close to supermarket & restaurant and not too far from monastery and other beaches. Path up to Lakones at the back was a good short cut. Local walks great.

Generous veranda but didn’t really catch the sun, which in early April would have been an a bonus.

The apartment is located with a beautiful view on the nearest beach (5 minutes walking distance from the hotel). It was really clean and got all the needed stuff. The host- Maria helped us get from and to the airport. She was super nice and reply to every message fast. We really enjoyed our stay. If we ever go back to Corfu we will definitely stay here again.

It was very nice that a cleaning lady would come every other day to clean the room, but we found it a bit creepy that we then found our stuff in different places than we left it.

The property is in the middle of Paleo, and it was quiet because it is a bit further up the street, but I could still see the ocean from my balcony! We didn't hire a car or anything so had to walk everywhere but still was quite convenient to reach everything. Supermaket/cafe is just down the road, also there is a hiking trail near the property up to a small village Lakones. Lovely little village, I would recommend to do a little hiking, was really fun! I really liked that the trail was near us as well, it feels so good after hiking! Overall, the Rhea complex was the best and the longest we stayed in Corfu, and everything was just so pleasant! the hosts were super friendly and nice too!

Clean studio apartment, great location and friendly host

Very clean apartment with a spacious balcony and comfy beds. In a nice quiet location but only a minute walk from the main road with access to shops, bars, restaurants, bus stop the beach etc. Also close to a nearby pool bar. Maria was very helpful with organising transfers from the airport. I would definitely consider coming again. Thanks for a lovely stay!

The apartment apartment exceeded expectations. The apartment is a great size with all the items you need to make your own meals. Cleaning is great too. Great location in Palaiokastritsa, near some restaurants, bars, super markets, boat tour offices. In addition to the beaches that are incredibly beautiful, the people on the island are very friendly and the food is so delicious. Maria is the best hostess that I've ever met. She is very caring, kindness person. She helped us with the boat trips, how we got to the beaches, all about island's information. She gave us peaches from her garden. So sweet! We will return to this island one day and we will certainly be staying at the Rhea Complex.
