Clean space, comfortable

Water was leaking from the kitchen pipe. The Hot plate digital function was not working in the middle of cooking it would shut off. I could not cook or warm up anything .

Location. Near beach. Nice pool area.

No fitness centre, wellness centre or spa, all as offered on Booking.com! Our "Host" Romaine said these things used to be there but no longer were. He blamed Booking.com, saying they had been informed? Also, original studio we were given, did not have kettle, toaster or toiletries also as stated on Booking.com., and place in quite state of disrepair. Asked for extra towels and pillows, which seemed to be very problematic! After 1 day, the "Host" clearly didn't want to be bothered with our issues, so we asked to be moved to another one(still at Sandcastles), with amenities as promised on Booking.com. this cost us half day of holiday, while they sorted it out.. New "Host" slightly better, and provided extra pillows immediately and towels, eventually. New studio slightly better although ceiling fan did not work as remote control gone missing some time before! All things as advertised, but definitely not Deluxe as pictures will show. Place also rather dirty, and the only way to close balcony doors was to go out of studio, down side of building, push doors and go back round into studio! Altogether very disappointed with Sandcastles, and also Booking.com who I have used for years, and thought that I could trust

Location was perfect! Shopping, beach, restaurants

The shower leaked on to the bathroom floor. Patio furniture was dated and rusty

The staff were pleasant and supportive, food was good and affordable. the wifi worked well

the rooms were dated and need a facelift
