Peaceful place, room exceptional with amenities. Very easy to book.

I have no complaints

The location was the best able to walk to alot of restaurants,shops and attractions,able to enjoy cultural and nightlife,room was cold.the front desk was great with check in and information.Mr Donovan of booking.com was the best,helping me with booking problems I had,he called me two days to correct problems I had with what I paid for and what was booked.called me on the day of the trip to make sure I had no more concerns or problems.I belive he went far beyond his job would definitely book with him again

Shower water could've been a light warmer, I understand it's a big unit. early morning construction was a little noisy,what you going to do, renovation has to be done.over all good time

The apartment (studio) itself was large, very clean (thanks to Sandra), Furniture a bit outdated, dark and chunky, though I myself dont't mind dark furniture, it could do with upgrading. There were several little irritants which could have been avoided, e.g. the large fridge freezer (which we asked for) did not work at first and although the owner of the property arranged for it to be fixed, it never worked properly (warm rather than cold) the entire time we were there. It was very noisy 24/7, although we got used to it during the day at night it was very noticeable. There were one or two other little niggles but the owner soon have those sorted. He was always contactable, very easy to talk to and very accommodating.; and most importantly, easy to get hold of via phone or text. Sandra worked tirelessly to keep the apartment very clean, and was very courteous and friendly, along with good knowledge of the ups and downs of Jamaica.

The bathroom. The shower drips non-stop. Again, the owner did arrange for a plumber to fix the problem but it was still dripping when we left. We asked for hooks to be put up to hang our face cloths etc, and we got hooks, thanks to the owner being approachable.

The staff were rude and unhelpful. They couldn’t help me book anything or with any information.
