Сковородка была не приемлема к использованию, за такую стоимость хотелось, чтобы лежали уже дрова для камина и инструкции как пользоваться им и сауной)

Apartment was easy to find, with parking. Inside were very beautiful, clean and view through the windows (both sides) were magnificent. Owner polite and quick to react.

As always there are minor problems: Too little toilet paper, no capsules for dish washer, no knifes (there were two but condition was terible. Forks were sharper), no sharpenner and most important there were no wine bottle openner (had to become very creative :) ).

Spacious and modern and great views

The fact the staff were very overwhelmed with other bookings -we were simply pushed aside No towels on arrival - took two days to arrive - not great after traveling . Couldn’t even bath the kids ! The pick up location to get keys changed and we had to drag 4 large suitcases and 5 kids through the snow to the location as there were no taxis No extra efforts were made by the staff to rectify this issue and try and help us check in more conveniently Also no instructions about the apartment were provided and no basic self catering equipment provided - not even a welcome booklet about the apartment Ie. Chopping board and wine opener not provided Very poor value for money An embarrassment to who ever the management are . Not even an apology was provided Very disappointed by this
