The view on the mountains is the main advantage of this property. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which is convenient.

The property was not cleaned properly and prepared for us after the previous guests. There were broken glasses, old grilled food, cigarettes endings all over the garden, which was unacceptable coming with 2 small kids and a dog. The cleaning team had to come the next day and clean the house and the garden properly. The property is quite old (we were told it has around 15 years) and it can be seen - lots of things were either broken (toilet WC; the balcony railing - there was a hole!!) or didn’t work well (several windows were very difficult to open and you really had to do it strongly risking damaging the window or some window you couldn’t open at all, incl. one big window door to the terrace, and the first night doors to garden had to stay open as it was impossible to close them). Lights in many rooms were not working. To repair most of this we had to call the staff, but not everything could be repaired. There were some rainy nights with temperature going down significantly and it was felt inside. The heating was not working until we asked the owner to start it, which at first they didn’t want to do. WiFi was very weak making the use of internet impossible. The grill was not working (empty gas bottle) so again they had to come and replace the bottle. In general we had to make number of phone calls during the first 2-3 days (we stayed for 7) to the owning company to repair or clean the property. After a 5th call they started to be very hostile to us. This service was unacceptable for the stay when you pay 12k PLN (for 7 nights). It was definitely not worth it, you can find much better places all over Poland for such money.
