Klimat Witkacego, piłkarzyki, dwie łazienki, widok na Giewont, parking pod nosem, możliwość wypuszczenia dzieci na plac zabaw.
Brak noża z ząbkami do krojenia pieczywa. Brak pralki. Mała zmywarka. Zbyt małe wyposażenie kuchni. Słabo chłodząca lodówka. Słaby ekspres do kawy, jeśli tak można to coś, co go miało imitować. Brak pojemników w kuchni na segregację śmieci.
