there were a lot of activities and places to just chill w friends, and the toilets were clean

only that i thought breakfast was included, but it’s not expensive anyways

It is a nice place to socialize. And it was cheap.

It was too cold and it was hard to sleep

The place was cozy and the overall vibe was good. The staff were nice and friendly.

We had to buy the basic amenities (bathing gel, towel etc)with cash which should have been included with the price of the tent.

I liked the people. I stayed for a week and met some really good people. The cafeteria is a good place. Loved the hammocks. Loved that they had a kitchen so we could cook whenever we wanted.

This is a great place to stay if you're in a group. NOT FOR SOLO FEMALE TRAVELLERS ESPECIALLY IF YOU'RE POC. I was insulted by a German man for working on my laptop while I was on the hammock. When I asked him why he kept pointing at me and laughing, he spoke in Deutsch and didn't bother explaining. I felt like an object that was being mocked in a language that I didn't even understand. The same night, a Pakistani man yelled at me and got aggressive with me in front of 6-7 other people and 2 staff members. No one spoke up for me. The man had the audacity to tell me it was the first time he lost his temper in 5 years, all because I made the mistake of politely informing him I was ahead of him in the queue. I told him he wouldn't have done that to a man, and it was only because I was south Asian that he got the courage to yell at me. The second day, I had to leave early in the morning but the reception didn't accept my phone to charge saying it was too early. I couldn't leave because how do I not have a fully charged phone as a solo traveller before I leave? And since I worked afternoons, mornings were my only chance to charge my phone. I couldn't even leave it overnight because how else would I get up without an alarm on the phone? I was put in a position that severely limited when I could leave and explore the area. Overall, the people are good. But being misbehaved with, as a woman, and as a POC, it left a bad taste. I was sad to leave behind the friends I'd made, but I was happy to leave this place.
